Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Lead Dispatcher to join our team in a full-time, hybrid role. Based in West Jordan, UT, this role offers a mix of in-office and work-from-home flexibility. The Lead Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating service schedules, managing communications between field staff and clients, monitoring service calls, and optimizing workflow for operational efficiency. Additional tasks include maintaining records, ensuring timely dispatching, and addressing customer inquiries promptly to ensure excellent service delivery.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to schedule, prioritize, and manage dispatch operations effectively.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
• Proficiency in using dispatch software and basic computer applications.
• Ability to analyze schedules and implement strategies for optimizing operational efficiency.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate within a hybrid work environment.
• Knowledge of plumbing or service industry operations is advantageous but not required.
