What the job looks like:
– In-person sales & technical training
– Exceed door-to-door territory sales quotas
– Identify customer water softening, filtration and general plumbing needs
– Present solutions crisply
– Handle objections and close leads
– Make PlumbWorks proud as a brand ambassador
Compensation & perks:
– $200 commission per sale; expected to close minimum of 20 per month

Lead Dispatcher

- Strong organizational and time-management skills to schedule, prioritize, and manage dispatch operations effectively.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- Proficiency in using dispatch software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to analyze schedules and implement strategies for optimizing operational efficiency.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate within a hybrid work environment.
- Knowledge of plumbing or service industry operations is advantageous but not required.
